We were a little hesitant to 'DIY' but found it so easy to order and install that we are happy we made the right decision, and saved ourselves some money in the process. The service provided has been fantastic, with samples, some advice over the phone and your website clearly stating the terms and conditions of sale plus the FAQ section giving us the confidence to go ahead. We were also really impressed with how quickly our order arrived and appreciated the e-mail confirmations and courtesy phone calls to advise delivery date.
