Goods denotes the blind products, blinds and window furnishings manufactured or supplied by Interior Illusions Ltd Pty trading as Cheapblinds.com.au

We, Us or Our(s) denotes Interior Illusions Ltd Pty, trading as Cheapblinds.com.au located at 9/35 Canterbury Road, Braeside, Victoria Australia.

Our terms and conditions provide clarity of our services and product warranty.  All orders places with Interior Illusions Pty Ltd, trading as Cheapblinds.com.au shall only be accepted subject to these terms and conditions


All orders are to be made online via Cheapblinds.com.au.  If in the event and our system is unavailable you may email or call our customer services on 1300 884 721 who will assist you in placing your order, which will need to be made in writing via email.  If you find that you need to change your order this can be done within 24 hours of placing the order.  Call or email us Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, if you have any changes to make and we will try our hardest to help you. Once the products have gone into manufacturing unfortunately the order cannot be changed.

Always make sure to double check your measurements, colour selection and all details before completing the order.

If you have placed your order and unfortunately need to cancel, this can only be done within 24 hours of the order being placed (the next business day).

An administration charge of $50.00 will be deducted from your refund for cancelled orders prior to manufacturing. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of written notice of cancellation. Payments will be refunded in the same manner as received e.g. Credit card, PayPal or Bank Deposit.

Payments, Pricing & Promotions

We make it easy to order online by accepting a variety of payment methods

Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, AMEX

Phone Payment – If you prefer not to enter your credit card details online, you can call our customer service team on 1300 884 721 and provide your credit card details over the phone.  Simply complete checkout and select Phone Payment option.

Direct Deposit – You can perform a bank transfer via your internet banking institution or over the counter at your branch. Simply complete checkout and select Direct Deposit option.

Prices calculated and displayed on Our online store includes Goods and Services Tax (GST).  All prices displayed on our online store are in Australian Dollars (AUD).  Prices are subject to change without notification by Us.

 Cheapblinds promotions are at the discretion of Us and will only be honoured during the assigned promotional period stipulated.

Damaged Goods

You are responsible on receipt of Your blinds order to immediately examine the products for any defect or damage.  Interior Illusions Pty Ltd, trading as Cheapblinds.com.au needs to receive notification in writing of any damaged or defect goods within 5 days of date of delivery.

If the parcel is damaged upon receipt, take a photo and ensure you refuse delivery and the parcel will be returned to Interior Illusions Pty Ltd, trading as Cheapblinds.com.au.  Contact us immediately with all the details of the damage goods so we can liaise with our carrier.

Once damaged goods are received by Interior Illusions Pty Ltd, trading as Cheapblinds.com.au, We will repair and/or remake your order and despatch on completion.


Our products go through a rigorous quality assurance process to ensure they are free of defects in the material and/or workmanship.  We provide a 24 month warranty for all our internal blinds products.  The warranty commences from the date of the tax invoice and full payment. 

Notification of defective material or workmanship must be made within the warranty period.  You are responsible for any freight costs relating to repairs or replacements.  We will not be responsible for any consequential damages during or following the installation procedures.

Warranty will not apply in the event usage, adaptations or installation is not in accordance with Our written installation and operation guidelines.

Warranty will not be honoured if;

  • If the product has been opened, dismantled or returned with clear evidence of abuse or other damage
  • If the blinds have been damaged due to wind, hail and/or snow
  • If cheapblinds.com.au written instructions, for installation have not been followed.
  • If the blinds are incorrectly measured and the measurement was not directly undertaken by cheapblinds.com.au
  • If the fabrics have not been cleaned according to the instructions provided by the supplier.
  • If any damage to the goods is caused by fire and/or water.

Returns and/or Refunds

Your blinds are custom made to your specifications, hence they are not suitable for resale or re-stocking.  We do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect measurements or colour discrepancy.  We highly recommend that you request free colour swatches to ensure the colour displayed online is aligns to the colour Your colour expectations.  Every attempt will be made by Interior Illusions Pty Ltd, trading as Cheapblinds.com.au to ensure the Goods sold and delivered match in every respect any sample or description shown, sent or disclosed on our online store.  Any minor or immaterial variation or change in colour or pattern between the sample or description and the Goods delivered shall not entitle You to reject the Goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change.

If you hold a sample for than 5 weeks, We recommend you select new samples for colour matching as We cannot guarantee the batch will remain the same over this period of time.  This also applies to Timber and Visionwood samples, as they are the timber is a natural product and visionwood synthetic colours which may vary and We cannot be held responsible for variations to wood grain and colour. 

We are constantly refining our product range and ensuring that the latest and most technically advanced products are offered.  We reserve the rights to change the Goods to improve the manufacturing, parts and quality.

We do not recommend taking measurement from house floor plans, as they may not be to exact scale.  We cannot be held responsible if measurements on building plans vary and we highly recommend you take measurements from completed window measurements.

Trading Hours

Interior Illusions Pty Ltd, trading as Cheapblinds.com.au trading hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm AEST.

Cancellations or Changes

Our products are custom made to your specification, once we receive Your order, the order may be varied or cancelled ONLY if variation or cancellation details are emailed or faced within 24 hours of placing the order.  No administration charges will be applied.

You are unable to cancel or change your order post 24 hours of placing Your order. 

Interior Illusions Pty Ltd, trading as Cheapblinds.com.au reserves the right to cancel your order if;

  • Payment was declined by your Financial Institution
  • We cannot fulfil your order due to shortage of stock or stock no longer available
  • If one or more of the goods Your ordered was listed at an incorrect price, due to website malfunction, an error in the pricing information made by Us or Our suppliers or typographical error on Our behalf.

If We do cancel your order a refund will be credited to Your account with the sum confirmed in writing by Us within 15 days of Your order.

Delivery Timeframes

We will endeavour to make every effort to delivery Your order in the shortest possible timeframe, however We will not be liable for failure to deliver, or procure delivery of the whole or any part of the Goods. 

Delivery timeframes will be emailed to You with details of ETA of delivery.  Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.  We use external freight companies to delivery Your order and cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur once the Goods leave Our premises.

On average delivery is within 3 weeks from the date of Your order.  However, during peak periods such as Christmas, New Years and Easter you may be waiting up to 4 weeks for delivery.  Our customer service team will notify Your once your order ready for despatch to organise a suitable day and location for delivery (only if specially requested, otherwise it will be delivered to Delivery Address on order).

Delivery is charged as a flat rate according to the region as disclosed below;

  • South Australia outer metro and Country $60
  • Queensland Brisbane and Gold Coast $60
  • Queensland other $110

  • Western Australia outer metro $150

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We do not deliver to PO Boxes please ensure your delivery address is either residential or commercial.

We do not disclose, share or sell any of Your personal information to others or any third party, as part of our online ordering process.  Your personal information may be used internally to provide information on new products, sales offerings and/or direct marketing material by Interior Illusions Pty Ltd, trading as Cheapblinds.com.au
